Workshop Bookings

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are displayed in British Pounds and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking:

• More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund available
• 7 to 14 days before: 50% refund or credit for a future workshop
• Less than 7 days before: No refund, but booking may be transferred to another person

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Workshop Attendance

You agree to arrive on time and follow all studio rules and instructor guidance. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave if your behaviour disrupts other participants.

Health and Safety

By attending our workshops, you acknowledge that:

• Some activities involve physical materials and tools that require care
• You will follow all safety instructions provided
• You will inform us of any relevant health conditions or allergies
• You attend at your own risk and take responsibility for your personal belongings

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Solar Lagoon or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Items you create during workshops remain your property. However, we may photograph workshop activities and finished works for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during workshops
